"Cute from the outside but that's about it."

Quiet neighborhood feel and easy access to our room. Room spacious with vaulted ceiling. With all lights on in the toom, still dark.

Front desk personal not that friendly. Also had a closed box of donuts in the room and next day filled with ants! Asked for another room and they would for a $50 more a day. Stayed in same room, got some ant spray, and whiped down the area. Asked for housekeeping for 2 of the 3 days and nothing. Just lucky we were able to find the correct person for fresh towels. Pool and hot tub area run down and a little grubby.

It was close to the things we wanted to see in Monterey. The room was clean and bed comfortable.
