A Wyoming Inn

The staff tried hard to help. They gave us space heaters and told us we could remove the beeping smoke alarm. 9Apparently management doesn't know how to run an Inn.

Heaters didnt work, smoke alarm was beeping, bathroom door didn't close properly, charged more for a king bed than two queens; why? It's one bed to make instead of two.

Very nice staff. Location is great to visit Yellowstone. Beds were clean. Cheap motel in expensive town. Free morning coffee in lobby.

Our room is in need of several repairs. Walking barefoot was not safe. Bathroom floor had several broken sharp tiles that are no longer attached to the ground, a nail was sticking out of threshold of bathroom, front door was dragging on carpet and hard to open door, TV internally was damaged and picture was very distorted. Bathroom floors were not clean.

It was reasonably priced and room was decent

It had no ice maker and was understaffed and expected at least a continental breakfast

Problems with getting the ac to work to keep it from running all night. The stool has a problem with the flap not sealing enough so the tank either kept leaking or not filling up.

Was sexually harassed by the general managers husband working the front desk. Was being harassed for sex.

No breakfast, location good..they would be wise to upgrade the interior

Sink and tub didn't drain well....tv went off middle of my movie...carpet stained

Mold in tub. Did not use.
