Loved the historal nature of this hotel being the old Hamner Springs Hotel. The grounds were beautiful. Even though the Edit has stripped it back to offer affordable accommodation for your average traveller I think they did a great job of retaining the original features of the hotel which hopefully can be reinstated at a later date. Restaurant is lovely and dinner was great. Breakfast fairly basic but still adequate.

The location of the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the town. The grounds around the hotel are nice. If they renovated this hotel it would be beautiful.

The photos of the hotel make it look very modern. However upon checking in, we found it to be very dated. There was some hair in the bathroom and the doors were flaking.
