Location was great

Didn't respond to messages, arrived and noone on reception so we phoned number and noone answered so we had to go looking to someone, bathroom had mould, bathroom fan was gross and needed cleaning, room was really cold and surprised to see no duvet just a thin blanket. Overpriced for so many issues.

"Perfect location, friendly kind staff, clean and perfect for what I needed."

Perfect location, good view of mountains, park straight out the front, huge bathroom, room heated up quickly. Beds were amazingly comfortable which was perfect for a relaxing weekend.

Luggage was carried up the stairs for us which was lovely. No lift:( No freezer section to fridge. Which would have been handy.

Great location in central Hanmer, walking distance to everywhere. Nice private unit separated from the main hotel, in the garden area, with it's own allocated parking space. Nice comfy bed and pillows, reasonably spacious room with nice clean bathroom. Shower is over bath. Perfectly adquate for a night or two. Nothing luxurious, but clean and tidy with ample room. Good value for money. Would stay again.

No- one at reception on arrival, waited for ages then eventually had to pick up a phone and call for someone to come.

The pillows were comfy. The size of the bed good. There was one lovely man cleaning the rooms around 2pm and was very friendly.

We were waiting to check in for some time and the counter was unattended. There was a lady doing room service early in the morning and yelling down the hall. Very noisy in the mornings, banging on doors. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. The hotel used to be much better, staff used to be really friendly. I have stayed there many times, however I will not be staying here anymore. Also the new grey paint makes it look dull. Very gutted.

"Lovely hotel and beautiful location."

We have stayed a few times at the Edit. The location is amazing. About a minute to shops across the road and about 2 minutes to famous Hanmer Springs Spa. We like to stay in room 109 on ground level. Great room with twin beds and very comfy.
