"Terrilbe - worst hotel I have ever stayed in"

The check in clerk was rude. I booked via Booking, reservation confirm, but not on file with Hotel. Had to pay again at checkin desk. I took photos of the dirty carpet. The towels were worn and not white. We refused to shower in the place. The sofa was also stained and dirty. The TV was too small to be seen from the 2 beds.

See above - I have been using Marriott for years. More that 15 and this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott. Doors locked when we arrived. Why? Customer came in and Clerk asked "Do you have a room key?" Why. It was terrible.

"A Little Disappointed"

Property was okay. Nothing spectacular, maybe because of location.

The morning of my check out the fire alarm kept going off for over a hour. No way I could sleep😡

We are very grateful for the kindness and respect shown by young Marvens, who helped us when we arrived at the hotel. He was very professional and friendly. We give him 10 out of 10! Excellent! We highly recommend the hotel

The staff super attentive!

I wanted to get into the Jacuzzi. But it had Mold, dirty.. it was discouraging because that was one of the main reason why I reserve. Woke up with allergies, dust got my eyes red
