"Won’t stay again unfortunately. Better value somewhere else."

The front desk lady was so friendly.

There was no AC in the room and it was HOT. No breakfast or even coffee in the morning. Bathroom door was a barn door that didn’t fully close.

Amazing location and the staff were all so great and kind. I really love the private patio attached.

Beds are not very comfortable but that would be my only complaint.

The facility is very close to downtown Pacific Grove, coastal trail, Asilomar, the golf course. Staff were super friendly and attentive. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The room itself was a nice size and clean.

We loved the location. Very clean and quiet at night. Staff is very helpful.

We had a room with a kitchen that wasn’t fully stocked with flatware and kitchen necessities. Pots and pans had a lot of wear on them. They should do a weekly or biweekly check to ensure these items are available to guests.

Excellent location

A broken and extremely uncomfortable bed. It was impossible to sleep. The soundproofing was terrible—someone was walking around and talking all night long.
