Bon accueil. Emplacement très central, dans une rue pittoresque animée et gourmande, à deux pas de la passerelle qui mène au Vieux Lyon. Bonne chambre avec les équipements nécessaires au bon confort. Propre et agréable. Bonne literie. - Warm welcome. Very central location, on a lively, picturesque street known for its great food, just a stone's throw from the footbridge leading to Old Lyon. Nice room with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Clean and pleasant. Comfortable bedding.

Umístění téměř v centru, výborná snídaně. 2x jsme během pobytu uvízli ve výtahu a trvalo téměř hodinu než nás vyprostil technik. Ubytování nabídlo snídani zdrama jako kompenzaci - díky.

"Unpleasant"

We were without hot water in our bathroom for 2 days, could not wash/clean ourselves at all, the manager told me I was going to be reimbursed for 2 days (half of our stay) I received today 5/27/2026 an email from the hotel saying that they were processing my reimbursement for the right amount of Euros. Thank you
