The hospitality of the fro t desk employee.

Everything else. It was unclean with broken fixtures. And there were roaches in the TV. I stayed about 15 minutes before checking out. Because that's how long before we saw the bugs.

"Not impressed! This property is old and outdated. Location is sketchy, too."

Nothing.

Everything! This property is in desperate need of upgrading, both interior and exterior. Reminded me of a “seedy motel.” Neighborhood is not that great either. Had a 3 night reservation, but only stayed one night. Did not feel safe here.
