The hotel was nice and the service was good. The restaurant provided complimentary breakfast. The hotel has a nice little convenient store. Budget friendly and the staff was very friendly.

Very clean place with nice staff. Beds were comfortable.

The sheets on the bed were not fitted and were small. As soon as we rolled over the bottom sheet came undone, making sleeping in the bed on top of a sheet a difficult endeavor. Would be nice if the bottom sheet were fitted or if it was much larger so when tucked in it stayed tucked. The bathtub was very slow to drain so when showering you were standing in water. But that was minor, just a thing to look into.

Clean comfortable rooms, with fast check in

Clean, good trailer parking, 24/7 check in. It was great. After staying in some less than clean more expensive places up north, this was pretty great. Continental breakfast was good too!

Was convenient, since selection in Ft Nelson is not great. Quiet as I asked for back of hotel not on the Alaska Hwy side. Food in restaurant was good.

Hotel service was terrible, asked when I booked for a room on top floor, adjoining or same room for with our additional traveler, instead got 2nd floor and co-traveler first floor. The manager (male) came out and said if I had called in my request with the hotel would have helped with my request, not an issue with other hotels I booked through booking.com. I felt like because I booked through booking to get a good deal I was given whatever they wanted to give me for this. Hair dry quit after using for about 20 seconds, had to use my co-travelers hair dryer in her room. Toilet was over filled with water, when, flushing, water would almost be at the top once it went down and water level came back up. Leaking under the sink in the room. Tiny fridge had to freezer compartment. I had requested extra pillows (medical reasons) which were not in my room and had to go ask for them, Got pillows in plastic bags and one was wet so I had to take that to the front desk for them to bring me another one. Restaurant was expensive in hotel, service was lousy in the am for breakfast, got my order wrong, didn't bother to ask to correct as I got the impression from the server he really did not care - left zero tip. If I travel south, I will make a point of not staying here again or any place in Ft Nelson, you get less than what you pay for in a small place like this. Service goes down fast in small places like this.
