Friendly staff, clean rooms and a well stocked store in the hotel.

Room was very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff at the restaurant were great.

Room smelled like it had been smoked in and the beds were a bit small for our family. Otherwise a great place.

Really well executed place on the highway. Breakfast was decent and the server was very friendly. Thoughtful touches like detailed condition reports for the highway with print outs of webcam footage.

No plugins near the bed meant I plugged my phone in a ways away and ended up leaving my nice charger. Totally my fault, but would’ve been avoided if there were plugs near the top of the bedside table.

The carpet in our room smells cigarette smoke

La chambre est très comfortable, silencieuse et très propre. L'hôtel est bien tenu et sympathique

Le restaurant ! La cuisine est bonne mais deux serveurs pour la totalité c'est I suffisants. Donc... On attend. Pour le petit déjeuner, le staff n'est pas formé et j'ai eu droit à un petit déjeuner... 'surprise'.

A good place to stop while on the Alcan to refresh before hitting the road.

We have stayed here many times. It is our stay of choice in Fort Nelson.
