Front dust staff extremely friendly, very helpful, love them the restaurant downstairs, the buffet. Very good food, but very expensive. The morning, continental breakfast, if you want eggs, you had to pay for them and if you wanted to know the eggs, you had to sit in a different part of the restaurant that would not allow family to sit with you. If they were eating the continental breakfast The restaurant in general sucked, it's owned by somebody different than the hotel and the hotel can't do anything about it

Overall, we had a good stay—the location was great and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that our room was missed during housekeeping, so it wasn’t cleaned one day. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning. Otherwise, everything was comfortable and enjoyable.

Mixed bag really, main problem was the shuttle bus to the parks is actually way way way too busy, to the point of being really dangerous. I was 5 months pregnant, holding a 2 year old and the buses are heaving, well over capacity, no room to sit and children are being crushed. The hotel throughout was also far too hot and at night it's very noisy with doors slamming and kids running down the corridors, so not good if you have little ones. The breakfast is also about as basic a continental as you can get. But the rooms are a good size, spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly and there are things for kids to do. For a budget friendly hotel near the parks and if you have your own car then it's okay, but otherwise I'd avoid.

We had a great stay for our family of 4 from Canada for a Paris Disney trip! The pool was awesome, location to the parks was great. Good restaurants and amenities for a family at the hotel. Would recommend!

Staff are fabulous at the hotel and really helpful. Disney transportation was busy, but easy to use. Nice to get away from the Disney madness to calm the little ones before bed. Continental breakfast gets you started for the day ahead.

The hotel was convenient for the park although tge bus was very busy as services other hotels. The facilities at the hotel were very good and tge staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and well equipped with kettle milk etc and a mini fridge.

Explores hotel was excellent! We stayed for 3 nights & my daughter was happy to spend the day there & not go to Disney!

The Explorers hotel was amazing, as it had a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities to keep the children occupied; outdoor play area, indoor soft play area, arcade, cinema, aqua park, which kept my childen occupied. There were a variety of places to eat and also a 5 min free shuttle available to Disneyland Park, where there were many places to eat. Overall, great experience for the entire family.

We were disappointed with our stay considering we paid over £600 for two nights. The best part of the experience was the hotel’s proximity to Disneyland — we left at 8:15 AM and arrived early enough to beat the queues, which was definitely convenient. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to Disneyland, which is a nice touch. However, several aspects fell short of expectations: 1. Parking Fees – Parking is not included in your stay and costs €30 per day. While there is on-site parking, it’s frustrating to have to pay extra. One helpful tip: if you drive to Disneyland instead, parking there is free for hotel guests. 2. Breakfast Quality – The free continental breakfast is very basic. We opted to pay €9 per adult and €4 per child for the upgraded breakfast, which included a buffet-style English breakfast and pancake, the selection was still quite limited. 3. Poor Customer Service – Communication was inconsistent. We were told in advance that we could check in early for €15 per hour after 11 AM, so we planned to let the kids enjoy the arcade and pool. However, on the day, we were told early check-in wasn’t possible due to high occupancy. One staff member said we could leave our luggage and use the pool, but another said kids under 12 couldn’t swim without an adult and that we couldn’t use the pool until check-in. This back-and-forth made the experience frustrating. 4. Basic Rooms – The rooms were very minimal. Overall, the room felt cramped and dated.
