The location was good. Nice and spacious, nice bathrooms and good showers. Plenty of toilet roll The heating was good, like a sauna when we walked in but easy to turn down . None of us like a hot house.

The sink was blocked on arrival. Bleach had been poured down the sink before we arrived but it was quite badly blocked. That evening I had to pour 3 kettles of hot water down it. Some pretty bad gunk game up 😖. I did the same the following morning and it cleared. I don’t think we should be expected to unblock drains! The saucepans etc. were unusable in our opinion, the non stick had almost been completely scrubbed off and looked disgusting. Had to end up getting takeaway, we had hoped to save money by cooking. Unwashed cutlery in the cutlery tray No extractor fans working in bathroom. 1st bedroom at top of stairs smelt damp according to the guest who slept there. No shower gel, only shampoo. Bedroom door with Brocken mirror still doesn’t shut on the main bedroom. This had already been mentioned in the review. I would have expected a bit better considering the high deposit that was expected. There are reviews mentioning broken items that have not been replaced or mended.

The property itself is lovely and ample room for a family of 6 plenty of relaxing and sleeping space and 3 bathrooms in total so no fighting over the use of the toilet when you have little children. The days we were staying were unusually hot, the upstairs of the house holds in alot of heat which is no criticism to the owners its just the way the house is built however the owners were kind enough to leave 3 fans for our use. Designated parking spot right outside the property also, hair dryer, iron , ironing board plenty of soaps shower gels etc also lovely back garden with a plum tree.

The property is in the clean air zone so make sure you pay. Also outside we found alot of rubbish and used helium balloon tanks on the pavement and road which was off putting. Also the main family bathroom the toilet seat was fully broken off so we were unable to use that toilet.

The place is pleasant clean and welcoming. We only used for 1 night and most the day we were out. Basically it was for somewhere to sleep gor a night

I didn't read the security deposit policy, or I would have found a different place. I checked out yesterday, and they still haven't inspected the place or told me about the deposit. I'm giving them some time, but I'd like to know when I can expect an update, especially since they didn't give me any instructions or property details until after I paid the deposit. I even messaged them when I left.

Location was very good, close to places we wanted to visit. Bedrooms were clean, bathrooms were clean Each room having bath towels and hand towels was brilliant. Downstairs toilet was an added bonus that I did not know about The additional 15minutes for check out was very well appreciated.

Very Squeaky floorboards! When first entering the house had a bad smell downstairs which had to be aired out by our sprays, fans and open windows.
