Quest Prahran

The property was pet friendly and close to everything.

Suggestion would be a softer mattress or soft mattress protector apart from that couldn’t fault anything else.

Accomodation is very convenient and super close to the Prahran market. Just a 40 meter walk from the 72 Tram

There was only one bedside table for our queensize bed. Kind of annoying. Not sure if this is the case in all units?

Great spot right off chapel street and near tram line to cbd on commercial road. Very friendly check in service. Apartments are enormous and all have outside facing doors and only two levels - unique for quest. Apartment cooking ammenities were a lovely touch

Bedroom window is right near other drivers and their cars, coming and going all night. Would be better to have offside parking, my toilet leaked all night too

The property was very clean and the reception staff was amazing specially Juliana she make us feel very welcome and suggested nice restaurants, very spacious room and close to the shops

Lovely quiet location in Prahran, we had a great stay and the apartment was larger than most. Well setup and clean.

Location was good although there was excessive noise during the evening given the close proximity to venues and train line.

Sadly, there was a lot we were disappointed with. Whilst the staff were amazing and the response to our concerns was adequate, we were extremely disappointed in this Quest property. We have stayed at Quest many, many times in different locations and have come to expect a comfortable standard, but this particular property really disappointed. It was very tired, outdated and uncomfortable. The cleanliness was lacking, with food products found in parts of the unit that had clearly been there for some time. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and for the price, this did not meet our expectations and we would not book again.
