Quest Prahran

I always stay at Quest Prahran when in Melbourne. The staff are super helpful, the rooms are very clean with everything you need and the location is fantastic. Also pet friendly, doggo gets super excited when we stay as well. Large dog friendly park is just a few blocks away and pet shop right over the road. Highly recommended

Close to transport.

Staff unhelpful and un knowledgeable of local area. And not always available. The reception was often closed.

Great location near Prahran Market and Chapel Street

Lots of stairs makes it disability unfriendly. Property was clean, although a little dated.

Toilets are too old. Troublesome when you have to walk stairs to get to the property when you have a few large luggages

The apartment is close to transport and Prahan's great hospitality venues.

There was one instance where a group of people were quite noisy late during the night.

Not normally one to leave comments about accommodation, but after finding a Crack pipe in the cupboards of our room I felt it necessary. After giving the pipe to reception felt a bit odd that all we got was a 'sorry about that'. It smelt like a sport team had left dirty laundry in the lounge and hope what we found wasn't the cause of the smell.

It has comfortable bed and room in the unit

Doors banging from upstairs units all the time. Rubbish truck 6am Kids yelling till 930pm Couple fighting Head bashing music till 930pm

Staff were friendly and helpful

The location was great! Close to a tram stop, a food store, restaurants, etc. The beds were comfortable and the layout/space was good.

The apartment had stains. The bathtub had marks, the tile in the kitchen had marks making the place feel dirty even if it wasn’t. The bed sheets that were given had stains as well.
