INN at King City

It was fine for a one-night stay and the receptionist was a lovely, kind person

Very good hotel for the price to spend the night. Very clean and good space in the room

Nice room

Everything was great except for the AC unit leaking water but I get that nothing is perfect but I would highly recommend the inn at king city to family and friends

Not what expected

I first checked into 243, right when I walked into the room, I instantly walked into a puddle of water. I tried to call the front desk with the phone in the room. It didn’t work. The light outlets in room, bathroom, and walls were just dirty, fridge didn’t work I instantly went downstairs for a CLEAN room. I was moved to 246. Again, I walked into a puddle of water. Apparently they said it happens to ALL the rooms. The room smelled MUSTY, towels were dirty, I moved the blankets to get comfortable. Instantly saw dirt stains on the sheets, and pillow cases. I took the pillow cases off and the pillows were dirty too! I was putting my water in the fridge and the fridge was MOLDY. Everything about the rooms were NASTY. I felt so uncomfortable, I had to go down the street to find a store that sold fabric disinfecting spray for the room. I’m pretty such the motel 6 next door is way more cleaner than these.

Staff was nice. I was able to get extra pillows.

The curtains were a pull down shade so you either had it closed or open for all to view. It would have been nice to have the shade along with a sheer panel so people couldn’t see in from across the way.

Close to restaurants, clean and comfortable beds. The staff was also very nice and helpful
