"Don’t stay here!"

The bed was comfortable

Broken coffee machine in lobby. No room drink. Broken lock on loo door and front door. Alarm blipping in ceiling. Hall light flashing constantly. Moved room - air con broken. No water. No vending machine. Tv went off after 30 mins and wouldn’t come back on. Felt dirty. No breakfast offered.

"The room was a disaster"

The only positive thing was the bed, which was surprisingly comfortable. However, due to the lack of cleanliness, staying in the room was very uncomfortable.

The room was a disaster – no atmosphere, everything was very worn out, and the air conditioning was extremely loud. But what was really terrible was the lack of cleanliness. There were soda stains on the vinyl floor, many hairs left in the bathroom near the bathtub, and the floor was obviously not cleaned.
