"Very comfortable stay. Will come back."

Love how spacious the room is. Big windows with lots of natural light. Everything is so new and it’s comfortable and clean. Location is the best. Staff were helpful too.

"Prima verblijf"

Goede bedden, ruime kamer, schoon, goedkoper parkeren bij het hotel dan in de naastgelegen parkeergarage. Hotel ligt tegen het winkelcentrum aan. Binnen 5 minuten wandelen in het centrum. Goede tips voor een restaurant van de receptie gekregen. Heel vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie.

De kamer rook iets naar de afvoer van de douche, maar met het raam open was de geur zo weg. Wifi werkte niet. We hadden beneden bij de receptie natuurlijk om hulp kunnen vragen, maar onze 5G deed het prima. Het ontbijt was iets rommelig, omdat de ontbijtspullen van degene voor je te lang op de tafels bleef staan.

"Un super séjour et une très belle adresse en plein Lille"

La situation géographique est très bien, la décoration et la chambre nous ont beaucoup plu également. Le personnel était très professionnel et attentionné

Le seul bémol serait peut-être sur le petit déjeuner où il y a beaucoup de monde, ce qui fait un espace exigu et qui est vite monté en température... Par ailleurs, beaucoup en buffet salé, mais plus pauvre en sucré... Les fenêtres mériteraient d'être changées également car les joints sont morts et l'isolation phonique s'en ressent. Pour finir, nous avons fait des préconisations pour la salle de bain, très belle et propre...mais assez mal conçue au final.

Excellent hôtel avec une belle vue, près de la gare et du centre.

La salle du petit déjeuner est petite par rapport aux nombres de clients, et il n'y avait pas assez de personnel le jour où nous sommes venus. Offrir le petit déjeuner est une chose, mais ce n'est pas très utile s'il n'y a rien de disponible et pas de table propre.

The room was spacious and modern, very comfortable

The TV doesn't have chrome cast , the breakfast room is very small and fills up very quickly.
