L'accueil à la réception, La propreté, le calme et des petits détails comme les pastilles lave vaisselle les torchons de cuisine etc Et on a eu la chance d'avoir pu avoir une place pour notre voiture au parking de l'hôtel, un peu dommage qu'on ne puisse pas réserver à l'avance mais on a apprécié l'accès direct à notre appart par les ascenseurs

Lina à l accueil à été une personne très disponible et à l ecoute du client.

Logement sale à l arrivée. Après l avoir signalé on nous a reloge dans une autre appartement qui était passable mais avec des odeurs de tuyauteries plus que désagréable même dans la salle de bain
