Chancellor Peak Chalets

Great chalet - spacious but yet cozy. Family of 5 stay. The view is grandiose and the site is very well managed and kept up to date.

My wife and I like the quiet setting of CP. Its quite remote so buy your food in either Banff or Golden, there are no stores in Field.

Communication about directions etc were excellent but it would have been nice if the owners were to make an effort to welcome visitors and to be available when new visitors arrive.

Really spacious cabin, fully equipped. About 20 min from Golden downtown and ideal for those who enjoy the outdoors. It was a bit pricey but it was June and check in was until 4. Bring groceries from Calgary as there aren’t many places to go to around there, it is Isolated as you would expect a cabin to be.

The cabin didn’t stay warm. Sheets and towels were very starchy. Otherwise awesome

Big enough for the entire family to stay and enjoy. We do love the experience of the log cabin

The cottage was very comfortable. We had good cooking facilities, very comfortable chairs and sofa. The beds were excellent. The loft was open and sleeps four. My wife and I had the bedroom on the main level. The gas fireplace was very inviting and through a lot of heat.

Awesome location, staff and especially the chalet itself! Gorgeous log construction with a great view of Chancellor Peak. The gas fireplace was warm and inviting! Ten minutes from Yoho NP.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights during our 7 day trip through the National Parks in the Canadian Rockies. The cabins are very nice and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It is located between Lake Louise and Glacier National Park. Very isolated, so make sure you enjoy that type of thing. After spending 3 days in Banff it was nice to get away from all the hustle and bustle and enjoy the more peaceful surrounding at the chalets.

Right outside gates of Yoho National Park and easy drive to Banff National Park and Lake Louise. Spacious. Perfect for our family of 6.
