"This hotel is so so. "

This hotel's shower room is too small, can't get shower from head to feet. The beds are too soft, can't sleep well. Also the location is too far from LAKE LOUISE, and hard to find.

"OK but overpriced"

Our stay here was fine, but we didn't realize we would be in the middle of nowhere without any grocery shopping or dining close by. Other than that, the chalet was nice but not super clean, but had all the amenities we needed, albeit that the shower was tiny and dated. Compared with other similar places to stay we feel that this was overpriced. Lastly we had the loudest neighbors our last night, who continuously were yelling and being very loud. This lasted basically all night, stopped for about two hours and then started again at 6.30 AM, despite my asking them to stop it. The manager should have done something about this, for she lives on the property and the chalets are quite close together so she must have heard.

"Nice chalet in remote area."

It was a nice chalet in a remote area between Yoho and Golden. Said wifi but wasn't given the password. Only 3 channels on tv. Otherwise very nice and fit our family perfectly!

"Had a nice stay"

Nice location and convenient to many attractions and away from crowd. Be sure to get your groceries before you reach this place to avoid 20-30 minutes drive.
