Comfort Hotel Ibirapuera

Hotel precisa de renovações urgente. Tudo tem aspecto de Velho, sujo ou está quebrado. Banheiro sujo, travesseiros péssimos, chuveiro horrível. Os utensílios do café da manhã estavam tão sujos que não tivemos coragem de comer. Fomos embora. Estacionamento do hotel estava pior que estacionamentos do centro da cidade. Cheio de sujeira e comidas pelo chão. Não vale nem pela localização, que é ótima.

Foi decepcionante pois a cadeira de rodas higiênica fornecída era frágil (quebrou no primeiro uso) e fora dos padrões conforme os requerimentos legais

E' un ottimo hotel, che frequento da molti anni. Ogni volta che vengo a Sao Paulo, mi trova tra i suoi ospiti.

good service, nice breakfast, helpful staff, super close to subway, one station away from a major shopping mall, nice neighborhood, excellent restaurants nearby. Room is showing some aging ( bathroom Fawcett for example). New ongoing construction in the neighborhood. Overall I recommend it.

Stayed here for business trip and found it to be pleasant. The staff is friendly, the hotel restaurant is decent (had both breakfast and dinner here), and it is very well located next to the Moema metro stop and near Ibirapuera Park. The room itself was comfortable and there is a pool on the top floor. Westward facing rooms provide great views of the sunset. The room furniture is decent - think IKEA type furniture. Nice but not great. And they're getting a little worn. The bed is decent. A little hard, but not terrible for me. This review is a bit shorter than my usual but there's really not much else to say other than I had a pleasant time while staying in Sao Paulo for a week.

If you are looking for a place in the Ibirapuera and Moema region, this is a great hotel. First I would like to thank Ms Marcela, from the first moment about booking information. (I am a Choice Member). Check in, information about everything, very professional, friendly and polite. The hotel very clean. Great size room. Everything worked. Very clean bathroom. Breakfast very good. Safe place. Excellent location, restaurants, supermarkets, metro, everything within walking distance. I couldn't forget to also thank Miss Sintia responsible for breakfast, friendly and polite. I will be back for sure.

O hotel é ótimo e bastante confortável, com cama grande e lençóis confortáveis. A varanda do quarto tem uma ótima vista para a cidade. A equipe é simpática e prestativa em todas as áreas. No entanto, a piscina estava muito suja (água turva) e não há cadeiras/espreguiçadeiras o suficiente para os hóspedes que frequentam a piscina. O café da manhã é ok, com enos opções do que hotéis da mesma qualidade.
