Overgrown unattended garden, no room information with wifi code, no office staff (they were cleaning rooms)

The reception was exceptional.

The carpet outside the bathroom became wet after taking a shower. Maybe some leak.

I liked everything! Room, coffee, atmosphere

Check-in was excellent with manager Gurmit around and informing about how to turn on the air con.. Everything needed is there.

Air conditioning power is a bit low.

Difficulty checking pre 5.00 pm. Request for payment over the phone. The booking was made via Booking.com.

Plenty of parking

The room had old food scraps on the table then I first arrived and was sticky. The shower gel dispenser didn't work do there was nothing in the shower to use to wash yourself with. The light in my bathroom took 10 minutes to finally come on. I went to sleep with my door locked and was startled awake by a loud noise in the morning. I thought it came from the room next door but when I got up to leave my room the door was unlocked. If I hadn't had the chain across my door I dont know what would have happened! Not a safe place to stay. No one was ever there at reception for checking in or out. I had to ring a phone number to talk to someone. I would never recommend this place. I only stayed because everywhere else was booked. Dust was all along my headboard on the bed and hair in the sink that was there when I first arrived.

All was as we expected it to be.

We arrived at 5.15pm on Sunday and they close at 5pm on Sunday. There was a message and phone number written on the door. When we rang the person left a message that they would contact us soon. we did not know what to do - did we wait and hope someone would appear. We found another local phone number for the motel, and all was solved.
