The false advertising

Love that the rooms have a little outdoor area at the back , it’s like a little back deck. Would have been even better if there was a wall or privacy screen between each rooms yard. It was nice 😊 clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

There was some noise from the surrounding buildings but, nothing too terrible. Overall this was a pleasant stay however, I have stayed at other Motles in Bendigo for a lower price point that have been equal to or nicer than this property.

Location

Dirty shower, aircon didn’t work properly, can’t park car as too many branches off trees blocking car park area. Outside Gardens not maintained. Not very appealing to look at from street. Customer service not good. Was given a piece of paper ripped of a page with room numbers. Rubbish left in bin from previous people.

Motel needed updating

I had a late check in and they were very accomodating.

There were no towels in the room, but they were quick to remedy this

Friendly staff, location and price

Sliding door wouldn'topen and close properly, rusty towel racks.

Location was perfect for where we needed to be.

Check in was a nightmare.

Arrived late very tired. Took two calls to get an answer on the phone as no one there. All they were interested was our CC details.
