That I had to leave and go home!

Great location

I had booked an oceanfront room with a balcony. When I checked in I was not told that I would not get this room due to refurbished rooms were not ready. Not my problem. When returning to the front desk then I was told that I was not getting the room I had booked. I was booked in room 124. I am disappointed that this situation was handled this way. I love this resort this was my 4th time there in a year. I will think twice about going back which is unfortunate. I did receive a credit for beverages and food plus the resort fee was waived.

The location was great, quiet and relaxing

Small things. My television didnt work for first 2 days. The rooms don't have microwaves.

On-site food and beverages weren’t great for the prices

This hotel is right across the street from the beach and down the street from shops and restaurants. The lobby is cute with lots of unique art work.

On a busy main road on one side, and during our stay the fire alarm was triggered for an extended amount of time (couple hours?) before it was reset. A one time event, I’m sure, but unfortunate timing for our one night stay.

This was our third stay at plunge. We like the close proximity of the beach and the chairs , towels , umbrellas.

We stay at the building across the road. It's time to update it. It was nice 4 years ago. Rooms are getting run down. Backflip bar area was great during the day staff during the day are great. The 2 clowns at night are idiots.
