L’emplacement Le calme

La distinction entre « soirée étape » et « demi-pension » que l’établissement fait alors que booking.com indique sur la réservation « demi pension comprise » Le menu demi pension du dîner comprend entrée plat dessert mais le serveur annonce « pour la soirée étape, c’est entrée plat ou plat dessert » Donc confusion pour le client dont la réception s’est extraite honorablement en offrant le dessert sur la facture. Que de tracasserie inutile alors que l’établissement mériterait sans cela des compliments. PhL mai 2026
