Clean & tidy room

There’s supposed to be regular airport shuttle which is supposed to turn up at a designated location. Unfortunately the shuttle is the same colour as many others at the airport and doesn’t have a visible logo. Pretty poor when the airport is so busy

"Great for early flights as it is under 10minutes from the airport."

Nice clean room and lovely pool area. The staff were helpful and friendly, and it was great that it had an airport shuttle. The shuttle was only 8euro which is a great price given the airport taxi's quote 35euro for a 6min journey. So make sure you book the shuttle for pick up and drop off.

There was no hairdryer in the room which was disappointing given the price and I didn't realise until I had already washed my hair late in the evening. It also wasn't clear if the water in the fridge was free or not. I assumed it was free as I couldn't see any note to say otherwise. The tv also didn't work, but again it was around 11pm by the time I realised and was already in bed.

"Convenient location and EXCELLENT meal in the restaurant and the pool bar."

The restaurant staff were extremely lovely and attentive. The Food was one of the best meals I had in Italy!! It was exceptional.

The lift was very hot and small. There were a couple of steps to get to my room which was hard with luggage.

The hotel is handy to the airport for an overnight stay to fly out early.The hotel is clean and tidy and is only 8-10 minutes on the 6 aero shuttle to the international departure area. Updated bathrooms and a balcony were good but thick glazing meant a quiet night sleep so close to the airport and runways!

"Short but comfy stay close to Fiumicino airport"

Shuttle service to the airport was easy. Quiet location, close to airport. Swimming pool was good as was the on site restaurant. Friendly staff with easy check in and out. Our room was on the 5th floor and had an outdoor roof terrace which was handy. Cocktails at the pool deck garden were good value.

Upgrades are under way in the hotel rooms but the corridor carpets are a bit shabby! We had an issue with our shower which was rectified quickly once we alerted reception.
