Wasn’t divulged until arrival that the pool was not accessible

Very friendly, professional, and most accommodating! I was able to make a change to my reservation the day we checked-in without any fuss or fee. The staff is awesome! If I find myself back in Shawano, here is where I'm staying.

The room was very comfortable and clean.

Because of a well renovation, no water was able to be used so you were not able to use the pool or hot tub plus there was no coffee available and the juice station was shut down

Staff was great and trying to make the best out of a bad situation. There was no drinking water due to a pipe issue. We were given bottled water to brush our teeth, drink, etc. So no coffee in the lobby or at breakfast. We were looking forward to the pool but it was closed. I work in hospitality and understand that stuff happens. An offer of a discount for the inconvenience, getting a few gallons of coffee from the restaurant next door for guests…something like that would have gone a long way. Beds were comfortable and the selection of pillows was great. Hopefully they don’t have to deal with something like this again!

Day we arrived they had no water. Had to wait 2 days to be able to shower and for the rest of our stay we could not use water for drinking of any sort.. Would have been nice to get some sort of discount!! Clearly don’t care about there customers..
