Holiday Inn Beijing Temple Of Heaven by IHG

the property is probably the worst holiday inn I ever stayed. the place is really falling apart. feels very very old and the room (carpet) is smoky.

The staff was friendly and tried their best. The bar didn’t have ingredients for drinks. The hotel desperately needs to be updated. The air conditioning does not work in our room.

Supposed to have small refrigerator and microwave. I lived at Xiamen similar hotel 2 years ago, there is a refrigerator and microwave which 30 dollars cheaper

Hotel staff have a great customer service, they were very kind and helpful at all times.
