Sauberes gut organisiertes Hotel

Am Frühstückbuffet musste man Warten bis Platz frei war . Später wurde der Schulungsraum dazu geöffnet

"Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder."

Leider war der Besuch durchweg negativ durchzogen.

Zimmer waren nicht bereit. Wurden 4x in dreckige Zimmer geschickt. Das letzte Zimmer war dann um ca 16:30 endlich bezugsfertig. Es kam zwar ein kleines Entgegenkommen mit Getränken, jedoch war dort auch fast nichts verfügbar oder keine Gläser da! Ein Unding! Parken kam noch ein Entgegenkommen, hat’s jedoch nicht besser gemacht. Prinzipiell wäre ein Entgegenkommen im Preis sinnvoller gewesen!!!! Ggf. kann von Booking noch eine Rückerstattung veranlasst werden!!! Bitte um Stellungnahme.
