Hotel Am Kurfuerstenplatz - Messe

Cheap simple place to stay. Place was clean, except the trash in toilet was not emptied when we came. We asked for towels (twice) he said 10 mins, but they never came. Reseptionist seemed to be busy facetiming with some lady. In the morning I needed salt, and the lady was really grumpy and said I could not borrow from the table.

The breakfast was really bad and at lowest standard for a 3 star hotel,

The location was good and the service was excellent. Though the bathroom sink did not originally work and the faucet was a bit odd, however, I think for the price, location, and comfort it is good for a traveling student or backpacker.

Leider sehr unsauber. Extrem hellhörig und laut. Auch das Frühstück war nicht gut, bis auf den Kaffee, der war wirklich angenehm. Trotz des günstigen Preises noch überbezahlt.

We enjoyed our stay there. We were very tired and was glad to get some rest there.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben zum Teil sogar eine Kochnische, dafür roch es aber nach Zigarettenrauch.

Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly be informed that this is very disappointing when upon your check-out Receptionist ask for Breakfast, But in the booking shows that we've booked the room with breakfast. Receptionist is horrible they said you'll pay then only you can take your things, which type of receptionist you have? I need my money back which i paid to hotel in Cash €74. Please i need my money back as soon as possible, this is not a way to treat your customers by charging again. Thank you Warm regards,

приехали мы поздно вечером, у нас был номер с кухней, так как это большая экономия. Зайдя в номер, в нем не оказалось кастрюль, сковородок, соли, перца, масла, губки для мытья посуды, мыло для мыться посуды, ножей и ещё много всего другого. Устроив небольшой скандал, нам все же дали две кастрюли. Я не вижу смысла делать кухню, если на ней ничего нет. Также туалетная комната очень-очень маленькая. Район хороший, можно быстро дойти до центра ~30 минут

Dreckig lieblos und zusammen gewürfelt. Bilder passen nicht zu den Räumen die man vorfindet. Mitarbeiter verspricht ein ink.frühstück Am Morgen die Enttäuschung kostet extra nicht mal die Reklamationen wurden aufgenommen oder bearbeitet . Dieses Hotel werde ich niemand weiter empfehlen.
