The property was beautiful, the rooms were clean and great sized. The pool was big and clean.

The staff was not the friendliest. Arrived at 2:50 pm. and was told to check in at 3 pm. Parking was an additional $12 per night. Breakfast was a very basic continental and not worth the $16 per person. The fact that whatever they stamp the toilet paper with to put the logo wet the entire roll of paper which grossed me out because all I could think was that they stamp it with toilet water. The tvs were stuck on the hotel home screen.

The Hotel was a bit run down, but the staff was always friendly and greeted you with a smile as they put a smoking charge on your room without telling you and as a nonsmoker find this to be very poor customer service. I would make sure you check every charge after your stay if you decide to stay with this location. The GM barely responds back and when he does the most he really says is there is nothing he can do.

Everything was perfect..

The room was nice clean and we truly enjoyed our short time we were able to spend some quality time with family. Heidi and Ira truly exemplified superior customer service. We loved the location and the ability to get around the valley with ease. Pillows 💕

The Holiday Inn Chandler charged our employee a $500 smoking fee. Incidentally he doesn't smoke. He asked for proof of the "monitor" and was denied. We called corporate and were given the managers name. Multiple calls, no response. We disputed with our card company and they provided them with some type of monitor. They have several complaints of this type and I believe they are scamming customers. Their complete lack or response or professional communication drives this home for me and warrants the 1 star I'm giving them. It would be a zero if I could and we will not do business their again.

The room was good. But, I was very dissatisfied at the way that this motel nickel and dimes guest with extra charges. This is a roadside motel, not a busy downtown motel, yet they add on an additional $12 for parking!! There should not be any extra parking fee for a motel located in the suburbs, and, if they do, it should certainly be made clear on the website, rather than just at check-in. They also add an extra charge for breakfast ... not a special breakfast with menu items and table service ... just the typical motel breakfast with scrambled egg-whites and cold cereal! The motel is a bit run down. And, there was only a single ice machine in operation when I stayed, YET they seem to fancy themselves as an upscale motel with pricey add-ons which should be included in the price of the room. Don't stay here, unless you like to be nickel and dimed for basic services!!
