War alles gut. War im Deluxe Zimmer. Gibt wenig Ausstattung und die Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Unkomplizierter Check-In, auch nach 20 Uhr. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, alles sehr sauber. Ich bin oft geschäftlich in Heidelberg und buche das Hotel gerne für eine Übernachtung. Eine Bäckerei befindet sich in der Nähe, in der man etwas frühstücken kann.

Die Matratze in meinem diesmaligen Zimmer war mir etwas zu weich und durchgelegen. Wahrscheinlich wird sie demnächst ausgetauscht.

Die Hotelkissen waren furchtbar; es war einfach nur schrecklich. Sie waren völlig unbequem. Mehr gab es dazu nicht zu sagen.
