Quiet and clean and close to Hershey was perfect.

Dollis is an amazing person. She is the epitome of customer service. She said hello every time she saw me and touched base to make sure everything was good. My fridge didn't work, but I didn't say anything to get it fixed.

We honestly had the best experience here! Everyone was so warm and inviting. The front staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The room stayed cool and we loved the fan with the adjustable speeds to enhance our comfort! We slept better than any other hotel! The breakfast was delicious each morning with most of the same however they would switch it up a little which was appreciated. The kids loved the pool, the only thing is I wish they had a hot tub for me lol. All in all this is one of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed at with all of our travels and will definitely be returning!

We were in town celebrating our anniversary and birthdays. I requested ahead of time that they do something special. When we entered the room, there were heart shaped balloons scattered throughout the room and chocolates. This hotel was spotless, all staff was kind and attentive!

Very nice staff. They found out we were there for my mother-in-law's memorial service and signed a card for us.

My wife and I were in town for the Harrisburg Airshow. We wanted to stay overnight. This was a great choice. The hotel was very nice. It's in a convenient location. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. We stayed in one of the king suites. It was very large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

We did not eat the breakfast and the location is great. Great access to main roads and plenty of eating places near hotel, within walking distance.

Unfortunately, we had several kids running up and down the hall after 9:00 pm.

The place was great. The only thing that I did not like was being pet friendly.
