Cortesia e receptividade dos funcionários, hotel bem localizado e vista maravilhosa

O quarto está sem manutenção, com aspecto de velho ( mas tudo limpo). O café da manhã foi um desastre, tava muito cheio e o hotel não se preparou para atender a demanda. Uma pessoa pra fazer cuscuz, tapioca, omelete e ovo, resultado uma fila enorme. E o pior é que ekes oferecem um day use com café da manhã sem ter preparo
