Clean and everything we needed. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast

We enjoyed our stay, but we were there basically to sleep. The room was clean and the staff was great. The bed was uncomfortable. We took our grandson to the pool, but couldn't stay long. The chlorine smell was so strong it gave us a headache, and my eyes burned. I'm not sure if it has enough ventilation or to much chlorine.

Girlfriend and I were in Plymouth, Wi to attend Snocross Racing. Hotel is located right across the road. Excellent front desk staff! Clean room! Only issue was very slow draining bathroom sink.

Front desk person was wonderful. The main sink in the unit drain had to be operated by pulling up the drain to get it to drain about 1/4 inch. The bar of soap was so small, and the shampoo bottle was not enough to take care of 2 people. The breakfast items were overrun by a large group of college wrestling club. The price of the property was not worth the cost charged and I have stayed at other locations for less unit pricing and found them to be far superior to this location. The only good thing at this location was the front desk person.

Well, make sure things work in the unit itself. Provide adequate soap and shampoo and make sure the shower unit has some protection from slipping inside of the shower unit itself When a large group books the hotel make sure that you have enough breakfast items to meet the needs of all not just the large group. .

Second time staying here. Fairly new property within the last 3 years or so. Love the pool and hot tub. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wish the breakfast had more options as it's your very basic continental breakfast. Location is right off highway. Would stay here againas long as they don't increase their prices. Priced as it should.

Size of the room and pool area were great. Everyone working there was kind and professional making our stay pleasant.

Property was nice. Although the property is listed as no pets, the front desk clerk challenged the legitimacy of a service animal, and against ADA rights, requested paperwork. Upon being informed of ADA rights for a service animal, the clerk went on to try to inform us that there were other customers on the same floor who may voice concern of our service animal and so we may be alerted upon notification from our hotel neighbors. This was extremely insensitive and revealed the lack of training of the hotel staff. Very disappointed.

Nice looking roadside hotel inside and out. Lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays. Staff was attentive. We paid the extra for the larger size room and it was worth it!

Breakfast selections were minimal since there's no restaurant so it's breads with toaster/waffle iron, cold cereals, and a fridge of yogurts. We wound up having breakfast both days just up the street (within a 5 minute drive).
