La ubicación muy lejos del centro...los taxis no llegaban con fluidez a las paradas y me vi una noche más de tres cuartos de hora esperando para poder volver

"Excelente y cómodisimo hotel a un paso de Santiago"

Excelente hotel, me gustó el tamaño de la habitación, la limpieza, estaba todo impecable, la comodidad de la cama y dos almohadas para elegir, todos los detalles que tuvieron como 2 botellas de agua cada día y el hervidor de agua con infusiones variadas y café. El baño bonito y muy limpio con gel, champú y crema de baño , cuidan el detalle al máximo. El desayuno estupendo, había mucha variedad para escoger y todo muy rico. La ubicación muy buena pues andando unos pocos minutos tienes bares y restaurantes y el centro esta a 10 minutos en coche, junto a la autovía para ir a todas direcciones. Tiene parking muy cómodo y gratuito . Sin duda repetiría.

Solo hubo una cosa q me gustó menos , el café de la máquina sale para mi gusto demasiado templado y a mi me gusta más caliente , tal vez con un microondas en la sala de comedor se arreglaría ese detalle.

Habitación amplia , la Sra de la limpieza muy amable

Llegamos , nos instalamos y cuando prendimos la TV no funcionaba , tuvimos que armar la valija nuevamente para pasar a otra habitación porqué no tenían a nadie de mantenimiento La Sra de la limpieza nos ayudó muy amablemente Son detalles q no pueden obviar dado lo que cobran
