The thick walls and comfy beds

The a/c was very loud when turning on and off to keep a consistent temp in the room. It made it really difficult to sleep, unfortunately. For the price of the room, this was something I didn't expect. However, if turned off, I do feel that it would have been an excellent stay.

Nice property situated next to an outdoor shopping mall with plenty of dining options and retail. For the runner or walker, there is easy access outside the hotel to the fine network of paths and trails near and along the Samm River. Staff were helpful and friendly during my stay. The lounge/M Club on the ground floor was always well stocked and well maintained. Room was comfortable and clean. Would stay here again when I find myself in Redmond again.

Wonderful place to stay

The check in was not good. Very unprofessional Staff at check in so non personable

Part of a bigger complex with restaurants and businesses around. No self parking for the hotel, but valet is very affordable with in and out privileges. Room was clean, comfortable and modern.

Brst ever

Upon arrival to check-in, I was unaware there would be a $40 valet parking requirement. Whenever guests need access to their vehicles, they have to notify valet. When I shared that Charlie is an emotional support dog, the front desk clerk requested paperwork to prove his status. He eventually charged me a $150 pet fee (one night stay). I expressed disappointment in this pet fee. The front desk clerk asked if there was somewhere I could leave Charlie. This comment regarding relocating my dog to another location lit a fire inside me, making me regret booking a room with Marriott, a hotel that I had stayed at for a month in Austin, Texas while on a business work trip. Charlie and I traveled across several US states, enjoying our 8-day trip until checking into this Redmond, Washington Marriott hotel. Furthermore, the valet attendant asked how much time I would take to remove my possessions. He reminded me to be quicker, rushing me to hurry up. There was only one vehicle parked to the left of us. By the time I checked into the room, these two issues ruined my travel experience.

This is a decent option for a short business stay. The front desk offers package pick-up and delivery services, which is very convenient. The hotel generally does not provide disposable amenities (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, or shower caps), but these items are available for purchase on the ground floor. The variety of snacks for sale is also quite diverse.

The building is relatively old—not damp or uncomfortable, but the noise from the air conditioning system is quite loud. The room I stayed in faced ongoing railway construction, and the curtains had to be drawn at night to block out the construction lights for better sleep.
