Overall it was a strategic and clean location. However we didn’t get to check in until 9:30pm since there were no rooms ready prior. No compensation offered whatsoever…no breakfast vouchers, no valet parking waived or no complimentary night stay. Hopefully this is an isolated situation because too bad we actually liked the hotel.

Great place to stay and friendly staff

This property is in a great location for shopping and dining as well as concerts at MaryMoor. The upscale design and cleanliness as well as friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay.

Great hotel with clean and well appointed rooms. Friendly staff, especially Tia and Jaime in the bar. The location is easily walkable to the rest of the attached mall and shopping options. The location also offers good accessibility to the Microsoft campus.

The valet service was good.

My husband was looking out the window which looked down on the parking garage. There were University of Washington football players. My husband noticed someone with a radio. A minute later our room phone rang. A woman said that we needed to stop looking out the window at the private event. A few minutes after that, someone knocked on our door. A person from the hotel said he was sent to ask us not to look out our window.We asked them who had called our room. He said it was the manager. We went and had a conversation with her. The whole incident had us bewildered and angered. The manager said this was an annual event. She didn't see this as a problem. We reminded her that we are in America. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy when it came on.

Close to town center and our family

Noisy 7th floor - roof HVAC made sleeping impossible. Had to request a room change and had to have an engineer in before the front desk would make the change

It was a nice large room, got a room on the back side of the hotel that had a better view than the front. Everything was nice.

I liked how quiet the area was and how many stores are around. There are tons of places to eat, shop at walkable distance. The one thing I did not like at all was the valet parking. Not that much of an inconvenience but I just don’t like strangers in my car.
