Room was exceptionally laid out though a bit dark without lights on. Extremely clean, well equipped bathroom. Lovely welcome by Maura. A great character!! Extensive breakfast menu in beautifully laid out breakfast room.

Nothing ! Staff had everything covered.

When Maura at th efront desk welcomed us, she was more than friendly, and helpful, and you could see she wanted us to have the very best time. Even on later days she greeted us by name and when the bus came to take us to a show, she said "I have one other couple, going too" and we could tell she meant she was respomsible for us not just the Victoria. I dont know if we will ever be back to Ireland but in Killarny, we know where we will be staying. WW&LA

Couldn't figure out what the rock in the frame was in the second floor hallway, did'nt want to be goofy and ask.

The friendly staff were amazing. And remembered my name the following morning when I came down for breakfast. The breakfast experience was amazing. The quality of the food and the menu was top class. The freshly squeezed orange juice and the bread selection... I could go on... but it was 10 out of 10 for service and quality.

The fact I couldn't stay longer!!!!!
