One of the cleanest ones Iโ€™ve stayed at Customer service was great at check in last night. Called the front desk this morning and come hood bugga girl had a whole attitude off me asking one question. Wish I knew her name id post it here. I donโ€™t like dealing with ghetto chicks

"Great Stay in Norfolk, VA."

The Residence Inn by Marriott Norfolk Airport is the place to stay. The hotel rooms were immaculate, the free breakfast was exceptional. Additionally, the convenience of shopping, local restaurants and close proximity to the airport made the stay even more appreciated. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Norfolk.

We checked in on September 9 after we check in and when to our room someone slip a piece of paper under the door to let us know we where not going to have hot water or we couldn't use the stove or use the pool. From the day we checked in until we checked out had to take cold showers every day I was told we couldn't get compensated cause we use a 3rd party.

"No hot water/ Reps lied to us"

No hot water for the entire length of our stay. We were told at check it that it would only be out for the night and would be back up the next morning/ afternoon but we were there for 2 nights and we didnt even have hot water at the time that we checked out. They straight up lied to us. Bad situation and not happy. Will not stay here again.
