Absolutely first class hotel. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. All areas clean. Comfortable room with efficient aircon. Excellent wifi. Huge choice for breakfast. Superb value for money. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is amazing. Special Thanks to Gengay, Ilknur& Dilan💐🙏🤍 The pictures on the website don’t do justice to this place. The location is beautiful and right in the centre of the town. Shops are right at the door steps. Food courts, masjid, recreation and what not. A beautiful beach is just couple of minutes walk from this. Stayed there 4 days and 3 nights which this could be more. Worth coming here and one will carry the memories forever.

This hotel was everything I needed and in a great central location! Safe, quiet, close to shops and restaurants. Hospitality was great but only comment was that housekeeping continued to try and open my door one afternoon without knocking at first even though I double locked it. I knew they were just replenishing toiletries but was startling not having stayed who was outside my door. Other than that, no issues!

This hotel is absolutley stunning ! Beautiful architecture , beautiful decoration , extremely clean and the hotel staff are exceptional as is the cleaner ! The location is fantastic with a tram service right outside the front of the hotell and the pier is only a short 5-10 minute walk away ! I stayed here for 4 nights after a hospital visit and couldnt of had a better place to stay to rest ! Absolutley reccomend it to anyone ! It was a flawless hotel with beauty and integratory ! Thank you so much 😊

What a beautiful historical hotel, my stay was welcoming and the staff could not have done anymore. Very central for shopping and transport. Breakfast was good and evening dining was excellent, great choices on the menu. Highly recommend. Thank you altas staff.

Hotel review If I were you I wouldn’t bother with this hotel, there is a much better looking hotel with an outdoor pool literally up the street There are desperate shop owners waiting outside this hotel, and ask you if you speak English, just say no or they will follow you wherever you go, not necessarily the hotels fault just something to keep in mind Don’t bother going to the hotels restaurant as it is a rip off, it’s quite awkward as there is usually nobody in there and there seems to be 2 separate menus, one that you access through a QR code and one in person, everything on them are completely different. I ordered a margarita pizza and my mum ordered chicken shish. It was actually quite funny because it took ages to get to our table and we seen the waiter running across the lobby with a plastic bag in hand, turns out it was the chicken shish, and the pizza was from a place called Terra Pizza just down the road. They also tripled the prices of the actually takeaway. The beds are actually quite comfortable, especially the pillows and the air conditioning is good in the rooms, however the bathroom door is really awkward to use as it is a folding door and the shower ends up turning into a pool as the drain is useless The hotel is quite clean, mrs gonul, who is one of the housekeepers is a really nice lady and is excellent at her job, doesn’t speak English but very kind When you are the leaving the person at reception will force you to leave a good review and will stand and watch you and might even write part of it for you, wouldn’t recommend this place if you want a nice trip out but this place does the job if you just want to have somewhere to stay

This well maintained historic hotel, located in the center of Izmir among all conveniences, like walking, the promenade, exercising, dining, the bazaar, shopping, the bay, transportation, etc. The friendly staff in the hotel is superb. They are very knowlegable, answer your questions and follow up on everything you need. The breakfast buffet is mouthwatering and healthy. The rooms are very clean and sufficient with good airconditioning and windows that you are able to open for fresh air. Even though well insulated you can occasionally hear a slight bit of traffic noise. Than again, the hotel is located at a major intersection making it all the more convenient to get anywhere quickly.

The property was located in a great part of the city and it was kept very clean.

There was a lady on reception during daytime hours and she was very rude. I arrived late at night on Friday, my mother was staying at the hotel after surgery (the hospital put her in this hotel not by choice and I paid for my own separate room) and on Saturday morning the reception staff questioned why I was there and told my mother that she was meant to be single occupancy and she wanted to throw me out of the hotel lobby as if she didn’t believe that I’m a guest, I had to show my room key. I felt it to be very rude. Then again on check out we packed our cases and left them in the room while we were awaiting updates from the hospital to let my mom know when she would be picked up for final discharge/consultation and the lady hurried us to return our keys and stood with her hands out in the lobby for me to give her the key. Not sure whether it was because I’m of mixed/caribbean heritage or whether she is just this rude to everyone. In future if I return I will be choosing a different hotel
