Very efficient and professional.

The staff working the breakfast room were quite miserable and looked like they didn’t want to be there. It’s important that staff particularly in the morning are welcoming and cheerful.

The hotel is 5mins walk from the train/bus station but also close to the old town. Very clean. Lovely breakfast. Offered to look after the bags when we checked out in the morning

"Lovely hotel and very clean. Reception staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast staff not very smiley."

Location was good. Bathroom, excellent facilities. Fridge useful.

No outside seating space after a long day and bar/coffee service had very short hours. Our room was very dark due to its location. Interior of room was decorated in dark colours and lighting was poor.
