La ubicacion estaba muy central, todo muy limpio y las personas que atienden siempre dispuestas a ayudar

Estaria bueno que la acomodacion en las habitaciones de 4 no fuera con litera, pero de resto muy buen hotel

Todo el personal que nos atendió, fueron muy amables y tratando de solucionar cualquier situación que se presentaba. Especialmente las personas que atendían en el desayuno.

El precio que cobran por dejar maletas en guarda.. Es excesivo., teniendo en cuenta que somos pasajeros que vamos seguidos y que viajamos de un país tan lejano!!

La limpieza de la habitación y a pesar de estar en el centro de madrid, no se escuchaba nada de bulla esta en un sitio estratégico a 1 cuadra de la plaza El sol, y alli esta el metro

Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso e confortável, cama boa, chuveiro e amenities também. Quarto com uma mini sacada super charmosa.

Disparou o alarme de incêndio de madrugada, ninguém sabia como proceder ao certo, só saímos do prédio… no fim foi algum hóspede que fumou no quarto… mas nada a reclamar do hotel.
