The location is good

The washroom was very unhygienic, it was smelly and we just couldn't use it

Reasonably good justifying tariffs

Very basic items like No toothbrush toothpaste & not cleaned towels

Did not eat breakfast

Front reception staff behavior was awful. I asked about availability of car parking outside before checking in. He said a couple of spots were available. I asked him to save one spot for me. He said yes he will. When I went to check in, parking was not available. I was very upset. He said to park away from the hotel which I didn’t like. His reaction was ‘why don’t you go to a different hotel?’ With a stern voice. Is this the way reception greets people? I am still very upset

Usually I prefer accomodation there, good locality and staff quite helpful
