Sehr freundliches Personal

Nice location! Perfect actually. You have the feeling that you are staying near the water and boat life. View was great from the spa which is on the top floor. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. Although Rees is small, there is a lot to see and eat. And walk! There are several walk and bike routes along the river.

In the hallway and room (and bathroom) there was a -bad and heavy- smoke odor. One sauna did not work (although staff tried to fix it) ‘River view’ room had no actually view like that

We wisten niet dat het hotel op maandag en dinsdag ruhetag heeft

Niet volgens de beschrijving. Zeer slecht onderhouden. Zeer onvriendelijk personeel. En dat als je de suite boekt voor €260,— per nacht. Totale afrader. Voorbeelden. Champagne staat in de omschrijving en voor ons mag dan Sekt maar krijg goedkope rode wijn. Je besteld eten en zet het op de kamer. Komen ze gillend achter je aan dat iedereen het hoort dat je moet betalen. Alles doorgezakt als je op balkon zit. En dan zoeken naar een glimp van de Rijn

Niets beviel totaal niets

Besonders schön war die Lage direkt am Fluss, dort konnte man auf ein Passagierschiff steigen für eine Rundfahrt, etwas weiter gab es eine schöne Bucht, um die Hunde spielen zu lassen.
