Location, staffs, big room

Outdated, parking, the bathroom so small ( your butt in the toilet but your feet in the shower lol)

Für eine Nacht ideal und gute Lage. Man darf kein Luxus erwarten es ist aber alles sauber.

While the location was close to shopping and Old Montreal, the area outside of the hotel was unclean.

The coffee machine in the lobby only takes coins, I wish it would take cards too.

This hotel is really well-located. I had looked for something in Old Montreal, but honestly, I'm glad I stayed here. The Rue St-Denis is full of bars and restaurants and 4 of the 5 metro lines converge at the station which is just outside the hotel. The hotel itself is fine. Nothing to write home about. The parking around the corner on Cristian Street was very convenient. For those unaware, the parking garage looks closed, but it is not. Just pull your car right up to the gate and it will open. Apparently, this is common in Canada.

Staff were a little surly and all of the vending/ice machines were out of order. Minor issues, but this is why I gave a 9 instead of a 10.

L'emplacement est vraiment parfait. Proche de la station Berry-UQAM qui est déservie par plusieurs métros. De plus, à 2 minutes du Quartier des Spectacles et de plein de restaurants. Cerise sur le gâteau, à 3 minutes de l'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport.

Location was pretty good and located a bit further from the action, yet it was good.

Microwave on each floor...maybe.

Helpful front desk. Quiet and dark for sleeping. Good value for money. I arrived late and left early, staying only one night to attend a meeting and it was fine for a place to sleep.

Room quite small, especially bathroom.
