The hotel staff was outstanding, the front desk associate made our stay very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable.

The pillows were terrible, the bed was great, the pillows made it very hard to sleep. They were hard and lumpy. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, the eggs were watery tasting, the bacon was ultra thin and biscuits and gravy were sad.

Breakfast was good. Staff are friendly. Rooms were a good size and layout. Standard, nice hotel room. Very convenient location next to I81.

I GOT LICE!!!! My bed was full of [not my] hair which I did not notice until the morning after in daylight. I'm not sure if housekeeping forgot to change linens or management cuts costs by not changing bedding between guests.

We had told me upon reservation the the breakfast would be free via complimentary breakfast green cards…..i wasn’t happy about that especially that i am a long time customer……i don’t think i will be staying at your hotels on my way back from Florida
