Quality Inn & Suites near Six Flags - Austell

overall nice hotel, amenities can be upgraded for the price. staff was helpful and courteous. beds were good. I slept well. cleanliness can be better.

When booking the cost was supposed to be $65 with a 50 deposit but the final receipt said the room costed $95 plus tax for a total of 115. I feel like that’s deceptive because I never received my deposit back.

Deceptive advertising

I traveled with my granddaughter and her friend both preteens. The paint was peeling off the inside of our door and the clerk told me that he "wished he could give me a better room"

everything was great. nothing fancy frills. Just regular clean rooms. pool was nice, We had good time.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The King size bed was very comfortable.

I had to bring my used towels down to the front desk in order to get fresh towels.

I loved the fact that beds were comfortable. Staff was professional and price was exactly what I expected around that time. They did attend to all the request I had .

We were only there one night but enjoyed in the pool area. Staff was nice and friendly. Cleaning services didn’t try to come into my room until my sign was off of the door; I appreciated the quiet and peace.
