Quality Inn & Suites near Six Flags - Austell

Perfect location for my purpose, traveling with a big trailer. Staff was so helpful with parking. knowledgable & accommodating Super comfortable room, which is crucial.

Everything was great. missed my morning coffee. slept hard.

The breakfast better than I thought, wasn't expecting to see the variety of items for breakfast. I was pleased

I was pleased with everything. It wasn't nothing I did not like.

The beds, the pillows so so comfortable, clean rooms, extremely nice and courteous people work here.

Booked this room to be close to a certain area. The reviews were good, but it was disappointing. We checked in late- so we were only here to sleep. The room was hot, floors were dirty. Most of all the curtain in the room wouldn't close well and the bright light across from the door shined in the window directly in your face. The reviews said the room was quiet, but the traffic from outside kept me up the majority of our time their as well. Maybe it's better if you stay on the pool side of the property, but it was not good at all. The beds were clean and comfortable if you could some how make it to sleep. Staff was as friendly as they had to be. This room was reserved 10 or so hours before we ever got into town.

1st room AC went out, got moved to another room and the toilet wasn’t flushing. Just feel like I should’ve gotten my money back.

This hotel is a skid row type hotel. Unkept and very aged. Paint flaking off doors. Lighting poor. Room deodorizer over powering. Beer cans outside doors. Pot smoking next door. Pool water a yuky green not clear. We could not stay moved to another hotel. Thought Booking.com had better standards. Lost our money but willing to do that to get safer and better accommodations. I will admit you get what you pay for and this was a cheap fare.

Everything. Did not feel comfortable here the minute we walked into the room. Needs some major renovations!!!!!

Staff wouldn't give me towels. He said I had to wait until his clean up crew got there at 9:30 am. I told him I had an appointment and he told me I should have thought about that before this morning. I told him that I didn't know that it would be a problem for me to get towels this morning. He was rude and didn't care. I called the owner and he got me towels at 9:00 am. All I'm going to say is that you get what you pay for. I'm not saying don't stay there I'm just saying don't expect exceptional service!

Very clean, comfortable beds and rooms had plenty of space. Breakfast was good all in all no complaints.

price could have been cheaper for amenities offered.
