Very clean rooms. Lazy River was fun.

Place is too big and you have to drive every where. You can walk but if your handicap you can't

Fantastic resort, fantastic golf courses, fantastic accommodations. And, best of all, the price was right! We’ll be back.

Rooms were large comfortable and well appointed.

Gift shop coffee service should start earlier than 8am

Golf is good-very good (best is Nicklaus). Food is good (vg at Eleven). Hospitality is average. Accommodations are average (Villas). Good place to go to focus golf, but feels less cohesive than other large resorts.

Everything was great. From the staff to the waterpark. We come here all the time. Great place for families.

DO NOT STAY IN THE GATHERING LUXURY at Reunion! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The pool and hot tub was never heated during our entire stay(even though they charged us to heat it), despite multiple calls and requests to have it fixed. No one followed through, and we received no resolution. When we arrived, the house was in a shocking state. It was clearly not cleaned at all. Some of the beds didn’t even have sheets on them. Several toilets had visible urine and feces in them—even though they had stickers claiming they had been cleaned. One toilet had what appeared to be pubic hair all over the seat when we opened it. The floors were filthy and had not been swept or mopped. The plates that were set out looked like they had already been used and never washed. Outside, the garbage cans were overflowing, with trash scattered all around the side of the house. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable, especially for a paid stay. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and unsanitary. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.
